Camden Fire Department – Multi-Department Drill

On November 18, 2012, multiple fire departments from Camden County, New Jersey, came together to conduct a drill in Haddon Township. The objective was to simulate rescue operations in the event of a fire on one of the PATCO commuter trains on an elevated section of track.

On November 18, 2012, multiple fire departments from Camden County, New Jersey, came together to conduct a drill in Haddon Township. The objective of the drill was to simulate rescue operations in the event of a fire on one of the PATCO commuter trains, specifically on an elevated section of track along Atlantic Avenue near Cuthbert Road.

The participating fire departments included Camden, Pennsauken, Cherry Hill, Collingswood, Gloucester City, Haddon Township, Westmont, Audubon, Haddonfield, and Bellmawr. Additionally, the drill involved the participation of Camden County’s emergency communications team and officers from the Delaware River Port Authority and Haddon Township.
