Motorist Is Fined $25 for Passing Red Light
Benjamin Rosner, 35, of 1443 Mt. Ephraim Avenue, paid $25 in police court for passing a red light, telling Judge Garfield Pancoast he did not stop when chased by Detectives Richard Donnelly and Louis Schlamm because he thought they were holdup men.
