Hearing Delayed In Permit Case
Municipal Judge Benjamin Dzick continued until Jan. 19 the hearing of Jess Garwood, a National Plumbing & Heating Co. foreman arrested by Camden fire marshal inspector Walter Fredericks for installing an oil burner without a permit at the new Dow Chemical Co. building at 4th and Market streets.
