Harry W. Horst (c. 1873–1949) was one of Camden's first hardwood floor contractors, establishing his business in the city in 1910. He lived and worked out of his homes at 1240 North 19th Street and later 1021 North 32nd Street in the Cramer Hill section of Camden.
32nd Street runs from the Delaware River through Cramer Hill and East Camden to the city limits at Highland Avenue, with North and South addresses dividing at Federal Street. At Westfield Avenue an acre of cultivated land and an old house called the "Mansion" were razed for the Westfield Acres housing project, which was itself razed in 2000 and replaced by Baldwin's Run.
Nineteenth Street runs from the Pavonia railroad switching yards across River Avenue north to Harrison Avenue in the Cramer Hill section of Camden, New Jersey.
