There should be some stiff milling at the National Athletic Club, Pennsylvania Hall, Eighth and Christian streets, to-night, that is, if judgment can be based upon the card. With one exception all the boys are known to be willing boxers and the exception, Harry Ramsey, of Washington, comes here with an excellent reputation.
