Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ragan of 1238 Vanhook street sued jitney driver Nathan Obus of 1422 Wildwood avenue for $15,000 after a motorcyclist collided with his machine at Mt. Ephraim and Atlantic avenue and threw them out.
