Certificate for West Point Appointment Examination
On November 19, 1936, Congressman Chas. A. Wolverton certified that Nathan Rosengarten of 1135 Langham Avenue, Camden, could take the preliminary competitive examination for appointment to the U.S. Military Academy on December 12, 1936.
