Robert Gess
Robert Gess (1887-1950) was born in Pennsylvania and worked for many years at the Howland Croft Sons & Co. textile mill at Broadway and Jefferson Street in Camden, becoming a foreman there about 1918. He suffered a fatal heart attack at the plant on June 28, 1950.
