Merchantville Driver Held on Tipsy Charge
Preston Fisher of South Merchantville was held in $500 bail on a drunken driving charge made by Policeman Richard Donnelly. Lieutenant George Ward and Sergeant Raymond Stark tested Fisher and told Donnelly they did not consider him intoxicated; Donnelly insisted the charge stand.
