Moore Picks Porter to Succeed Lloyd
Governor Moore today nominated Circuit Court Judge Newton H. Porter, now sitting in Essex county, to the state Supreme Court seat left vacant by the retirement of Justice Frank T. Lloyd, of Merchantville.
