Death Car Driver Held in $1000 Bail
Thomas Atkins of Oaklyn, driver of the automobile that struck and killed Mrs. Emma Scholl, 67, of 694 Tulip Street at Ninth Street and Morgan Boulevard, was held for the grand jury on a technical charge of manslaughter by Judge Bertman in traffic court.
