The same builder is also erecting a two-story office and apartment building at 410 Kaighn avenue. This building will be of brick, with a copper front. Both the offices and the two apartments will be equipped with the latest conveniences. Two weeks ago Levy completed an operation of eight houses at 632-646 Van Hook street. The dwellings, which have six rooms and a porch with all modern conveniences, are all occupied. Levy is now completing an extensive alteration job on a store property at 528-30 North Third street, which will cost $5,000. Levy is now seeking a building job in Woodbury, which will keep him busy for a long time to come, if he lands the contract, which is very likely. He is also doing extensive repair and alteration work in stores, offices and homes in and around Camden. During the past few months he has rebuilt several store fronts for local establishments. The business outlook for the new year is excellent says Levy, who had a good year in 1927. Levy, who has been in business here since 1911, has done work throughout South Jersey.
