Arrest Youth as Fugitive. When word was received by Detective Captain Schregler, of Camden, to look out for Russell Pray, aged 19 years, who was charged with stealing $28 from Andrew Ruppell, superintendent of the township farm at Hillsboro, Somerset county, N. J., the police were asked whether they had seen any suspicious persons about. Policeman Laib said he had seen a youth flitting in and out of a house on Marlton avenue, East Camden. This stranger was taken into custody and proved to be the man wanted by the Somerset county authorities. Pray, admitting he had taken the money while employed on the farm, was taken into custody pending his removal to Somerset county.
