BROADWAY MERCHANTS TRUST CO.

The Board of Directors of Broadway Merchants Trust Company have this day declared a quarterly dividend of 3 percent out of earnings for the past three months, payable April 1, 1930, to stockholders of record at the close of business March 26, 1930. Checks will be mailed.
