Police Have Started Census

The East Side police started yesterday to take the census of the Eleventh and Twelfth wards. As this requires a great amount of work, the residents of the East Side are requested to give the officers the prompt and correct answers and thus aid them in their work. Policemen Abbott, Joseph Palmer and Ridgely have been selected for this duty. The Third District police yesterday at roll call donned their new winter helmets.
