CITY EMPLOYE KICKED BY HORSE ASKS DAMAGES
Alleging continued disability as the result of having been kicked by a horse last May while he was a city employe, Charles Morgan, 732 Birch street, will appear in Workmen's Compensation Court Monday when his case is heard by Referee Charles E. Corbin. Morgan claims he was injured by the horse while he was at work in the stables at the 112th Field Artillery Armory. At the time, he says, he was a laborer in the parks department. The city, which will be represented at the hearing by Rocco Palese, assistant city solicitor, contends Morgan's disability occurred prior to his employment with the city. Morgan is represented by Judge Frank F. Neutze.
