CONCRETE BLOCK FALLS OFF TRUCK AND HITS MAN A pedestrian suffered a possible broken leg this morning when he was hit by a concrete block that fell from a truck. The victim is Michael Koukolski, 45 years old, 624 Ferry avenue. He was crossing Ferry avenue in front of his home as a large truck, loaded down with concrete blocks, passed. According to police reports, the truck struck a rut in the pavement, and one of the heavy blocks was jolted off, striking Koukolski's left leg. The man was taken to Cooper Hospital, where physicians said his leg may be fractured.
