Leroy Snyder, 28, of the 300 block Penn st., was held for the grand jury on charges of attempted armed robbery and threat to do bodily harm with a knife.
He was arrested early Saturday after a police chase near Armor Park, where Charles Kelly, 514 Edmond st., and Esther Edmonds, of 463 Carteret st., reported mugging attempts.
