After a several months' search for his daughter, Margaret, 17 years old, Phillipo Delguerra, of 124 Market street, Camden, located the girl and Lino Bataloni, of 613 North Front street, at Ardmore. Both were placed under arrest, and waiving their extradition rights, were taken before Justice Schmitz, who committed them to jail in default of bail on a misdemeanor charge.
