Traced to Camden by the brother of 15-year-old Elizabeth Jeter, of 3141 Heater street, New York, who was attacked and seriously injured, Joseph Zitz, aged 31 years, of Two-hundred-and-thirty-eighth street and Albany avenue, New York, was taken into custody by Detectives Schregler, Troncone and Fitzsimmons on Central avenue, Camden, yesterday. Zitz was accused of attacking the girl by Sinclair Jeter, the brother, and remanded to jail by Justice McClong pending requisition papers from New York.
