The Camden Grand Jury took up the investigation of a number of lottery policy cases on Friday. One was that of Edward Collins, of the Third ward, whose place had been raided by Police Captain Stanley and a squad of men. One of the witnesses summoned was William N. Souder and his testimony proved so unsatisfactory to the Grand Jurors that a charge of perjury was lodged against him and he was committed in default of $500 bail.
