Italians Dodged Among Tombstones for Birds and Rabbits
The usual quietness of Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, was broken yesterday by repeated shots from guns. The gunners had apparently little respect for the dead, for they dodged about mausoleums and tombstones after their game.
Police Captain Stanley went to the cemetery and rounded up two Italians, who gave the names of Tony Nicker, aged 25 years, and Tony Duga, aged 37 years. It is said they shot two robins and a rabbit, all of which will cost them a pretty penny to-day when they face the Recorder.
