HOLD-UP VICTIM IS GROWING WEAKER Oliver Moore, who was brutally assaulted and robbed by negroes on Christmas night, is still in a serious condition. In fact, his condition is said to now be more alarming than at any time since the assault, his brother Thomas stating to-day that Oliver has grown weaker and that an abscess has formed in the under jaw. The Grand Jury to-day heard evidence against William Green, Ernest Bruden, Daniel Sands and Raymond Byers, who are charged with assaulting Moore. The assaulted victim is not a resident of this city. He lives at Annapolis, Md., and came here to visit his parents, at whose home, 654 Ferry avenue, he is now confined to bed.
