Lim Sing, the Chinaman sentenced to a year's imprisonment for attempting to assault Mrs. Anna Wright, of 109 North Front street, has been released on bail and has appealed his case. The bail was fixed at $300 by Recorder Cowperthwait. Lim Sing's laundry is at 106½ North Front street.
