MEN NABBED IN RAIDS HELD IN BAIL FOR COURT Charged with violation of the state prohibition enforcement act, Harry Lightman, 1240 North Twentieth street, and Harry Mans, of 1229 North Twentieth street, were each held by Judge Cleary this morning in $1,000 bail. On the charge of malicious destruction of property each was held under additional bail of $500. Both men were arrested in raids Saturday night by Captain Humes, of the Third district police. A 100 gallon still was found in each place.
