Negro Who Shot Woman Caught

NEGRO WHO SHOT WOMAN CAUGHT Arrested on a charge of firing three shots Friday night into the side of Annibel Williams, colored, 27 years old, 208 Spruce street, Ebenezer Phipps, a negro, 33 years old, 920 Locust street, was arrested in Camden yesterday by Detectives Brothers and Troncone. The police say they will make an example of Phipps to stop reckless use of firearms.
