Officer Penalized For Inconsistency Patrolman William Stibi, 53, of 19 S 41st., Camden, was suspended yesterday for five days by Camden Director of Public Safety D. George Aaron for discrepancies in his reports on a prisoner. Aaron said that Stibi first reported that Joseph R. Clifford, 34, of Manheim ave., Oaklyn, was sober when arrested last Aug. 12, and then testified last Thursday in Camden Municipal Court that Clifford was intoxicated when arrested.
