Says Del Grande Party Was Tops I went to a Christmas party which is unprecedented in the history of city hall, given by Peter DelGrande, out of his own money. Open house for all, and don't you think they weren't there, both workers and drones. Even reporters were there. I have been to a lot of parties in my time, but never have I seen a better layout, all you could eat, and drink plus the best decor. This man DelGrande deserves a vote for the good work he has done on the City Hall and for its personnel. FRANK YOUKER, Elevator operator 344 Carteret st.
