LEGAL NOTICES
SEALED PROPOSALS
Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the Board of Education, Room No. 503, Municipal Building, Camden, N. J., on Wednesday, June 15, 1932, at 2 o'clock p. m., Daylight Saving Time, for furnishing printed forms used in the school system of Camden as listed and described in Form C. Samples may be obtained at the office of the Board of Education.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid letter, or cash in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), same to be made payable to the Board of Education and to be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into contract within ten days after notice of the acceptance of the proposal is given to the bidder. Said contract shall be prepared by the Solicitor of the Board.
The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect or informality in any bid should it be deemed for the best interest of the Board so to do.
