The First Practice Game.
"Shorty" Fuller, Killeen and "Dan" Green were the three "Ponies" who showed up at Hampden park for the first time yesterday. Manager "Tom" had enough men to pick two teams from, and the lads were put through their paces and showed up remarkably well. The cranks are taking a hopeful view of the prospects of the season, and are beginning already to bank on some of Burns's finds. The players who have not yet reported are McDougal, "Bert" Inks, Lee, Adams and Woods.
