THEIR JAIL DOORS TO OPEN At noon on Monday the jail doors will open to John Bolden, former sergeant of police; Martin Carrigan, a former Camden City election officer, and Daniel Woods, who were sentenced to four months and disfranchisement on charges of election frauds at the November election in Camden. Shortly after they were sent to jail petitions were put in circulation requesting that Judge Joline reconsider their sentences of disfranchisement, but nothing since has been heard of the matter.
