WAR VETERAN COMMITS SUICIDE BY HANGING IN EIGHTH ST. HOME
Edward Nixon, 38, said by police to be a shell-shocked World War veteran, committed suicide early today by hanging himself from the banister of his home at 124 North Eighth street.
He was found by his wife, Leona.
He left a note blaming domestic troubles for his act.
Mrs. Nixon called First district police and Patrolmen Raymond Stark and Walter Patton cut down the body. Nixon was pronounced dead at Cooper Hospital.
