The City Excise Commission will meet in the City Hall to-morrow night to fix the license fee and grant licenses. A public hearing will be given the advocates of a $300 fee. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of F. J. Rouh, Crolter Nobles, B. J. Lyons, T. J. Sheran, Jacob Seiser, Mary Horley and Beck & Reese, charged with selling liquor under illegal county excise licenses.
