ARTHUR "OTTS" LAXTON -- Arthur "Otts" Laxton never reached the heights his ability warranted. "Otts" has been providing thrills for the local sport fans for the past nine years... In basketball he is without a peer in this part of the country... Laxton's greatest game is basketball and numbered among different clubs he has helped to many a championship are Pavonia of the old Atlantic Division league, Atlantic Division of the P.R.R. League, Broadway Cycle of the Camden County League, Oaklyn of the same circuit, Glassboro of the South Jersey League and several others too numerous to mention...
