Judge Baldwin postponed action of another case pending an official order from the Federal Reserve Board in Philadelphia.
This involved the will of Mrs. Annie Peiper, who before her death Nov. 17, 1941, resided at 3161 Alabama road. Her estate is valued at $8,000. The will provides for monthly payments to be made for the care of a daughter, Emelie Peiper, who is residing at 533 Stevens street.
The residue of the estate was left to a sister, Mrs. Marie Kramer, of Wartenburg, Germany. Attorneys said because of the latter provision, the will has been termed "a blocked will" because of the war and a license must be obtained from the Federal Reserve before any of the funds of the estate can be disturbed.
Herbert Koehler, proctor of the estate, said he made application for the license but it has not been sent through by the Federal Reserve. Judge Baldwin postponed the case until Jan. 23.
