Albert Berul, born on June 18, 1895, eventually made his way to Camden, NJ, by 1936. He took up residence with his wife Anna at 1395 Kenwood Avenue in the Parkside section of the city.

Haddon Avenue
Haddon Avenue is one of Camden's oldest roads, dating to at least 1792 as a bridle path and incorporated as the Haddonfield & Camden Turnpike in 1839. It runs southeast from Federal Street to the city limits toward Collingswood, Haddon Township, and Haddonfield.
