In the year 1889 Elwood Antrim started a modest hardware business in the building shown above. Like the growth of St. Joseph's Parish, our development, too, has found special favor with God. From the "little store" beginning made by Elwood Antrim, the enterprise has continued and grown under the management of his family, until today Antrim's is the largest Mill Supply House in South Jersey, supplying shipyards in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Texas, Delaware, and many other places with materials essential to the war effort.
