Cab Driver Gets His Tip

James Garber, a cab driver, of 26 S. 35th st., will get a $1.05 tip in addition to a $3.95 fare he said Levan Foster, 40, of 1031 Federal st., refused to pay Sunday night.
When Foster refused to pay the bill, Garber had him arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
Judge Dzick told Foster he'd have to pay the driver $5 before he was released.
"The extra $1.05 is for the tip," Dzick said.
