—Thomas Briscoe, aged 22 years, of 727 Chestnut street, while at work at Seventh and Walnut streets, yesterday, had his right foot badly crushed.
—Ella Riley, the East Side incorrigible, was transferred to the County Jail yesterday. She will be committed to the Girls' Industrial School at Trenton.
—Police Captain Stanley was in a head-on trolley collision on Brigantine Beach on Friday. A number of passengers were injured, but the captain escaped with a bad shaking up.
—Mrs Emma Ferguson, aged 63 years, wife of the lighthouse keeper at Pennsgrove, died suddenly from heart failure at her sister's home, 811 South Ninth street, Camden, while on a visit.
—Isaac Warwick, colored, was committed in default of $300 bail by Acting Recorder Baldwin, of Camden, yesterday, on the charge of breaking and entering the stable of the Wilson Coal and Ice Company at Eighth and Spruce streets, Camden, and stealing a horse on Friday night.
