Taken into custody in a Broadway apartment house, Grover C. Benett, aged 34 years, and Mrs. Maggie Todd, aged 27 years, wife of Sergeant Herbert Todd, who is at Camp McClellan, were each held under bail by Justice Sheridan yesterday on a complaint made by Mrs. Ethel Benett, of 606 South Fourth street.
