Fake Dentist in Camden.
Several women in Camden have very painful teeth as a result of falling victims yesterday to a man giving the name of Dr. William Carter, who is in jail on a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses.
"Dr. Carter," claiming to be a dentist, visited a number of houses where he prevailed upon the women to let him fill their teeth preparatory to putting on gold caps. His prices were so low that they acceded. After doing the filling the alleged dentist left, saying he would get the caps. He failed to return. Mrs. Gertrude Pergerm, of 1804 Kossuth street, made the charge.
