Fined for Spanking Neighbor's Child

On a charge of having taken 8-year-old Arnold Parker in her house and "slapping" him with a broomstick, Helen Connord, of 2008 Fillmore street, was ordered to pay $3.30 for disorderly conduct, last night. Justice Rouh heard the case.

Emma Parker, of 2021 Fillmore street, mother of Arnold, was the complainant.
