Forced to Aid His Wife and Four Declared to have given his wife but $2 in three weeks. Fred Keeler, 42 years old, of 908 Howard street, was arraigned before Recorder Stackhouse in Camden yesterday. Mrs. Keeler said she has been dependent upon charities for the past year, not because her husband cannot work, but on account of his refusal to do so. There are four children beside the wife who are in destitute circumstances because of Keeler's alleged dereliction. The man was ordered to furnish a bond for $500 as a guaranty to give his family $5 a week.
