HARRY R. SMITH Harry R. Smith, 59, of 406 N. 40th Street, died yesterday in Cooper Hospital. He retired from RCA Camden in 1959. Surviving are his wife, Mildred F.; a son, Robert S. of Westmont; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara M. Hayes of Willingboro, and five grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Bradley Funeral Home, 3203 Federal Street, where friends may call Monday night. Burial will be in Bethel Memorial Park, Pennsanken.
