Because Mrs. Mabel Walker, of North Fourth street, alleges she found her husband, Sidney Walker, was seeking the good graces of another woman under the guise of being a single man, she was beaten. As a result Walker was committed to jail in default of $300 bail by Recorder Stackhouse this morning on a charge of assault and battery.
