Nab 2 Camden Youths In Stolen Auto Two Camden youths, one of them reported to be a marine absent without leave from the Parris Island base, were arrested in a stolen car by Gloucester Township police early today. Sgt. Kermit Delph, of the Mantua State Police barracks, identified the youths who were turned over to him for investigation, as Robert E. Phillip, 18, of 2800 Cramer st., and Nelson Brown Jr., 19, of 2020 River rd., a painter's helper. Delph said Phillip, attired in a Marine Corps uniform, said he is AWOL from the South Carolina base since April 9. The youths were driving a car stolen Wednesday from in front of the home of its owner, John Van Horn, 2276 Mulfor ave., Pennsauken. Delph said the youths would be turned over to Pennsauken police for a hearing on the theft charge.
