Nothing to Hold Suspected Boys

No evidence whatever was adduced against Harry Harper, Byron Hewitt and Horace Haines, boys living in the vicinity of Fourth and Liberty streets, to connect them with a robbery at the residence of Esther Mills, 1220 South Fourth street. In Police Court this morning Recorder Stackhouse discharged them from custody. The house was broken into in the daytime on February 28 and $3 stolen from a sideboard. The lads were arrested on suspicion on the hearsay of other boys, but the hearing revealed that there was nothing to it.

The house was broken into in the daytime on February 26 and $2 stolen from a sideboard. The above three lads were arrested on suspicion this morning on the hearsay of other boys, but the hearing revealed that there was nothing to it.
