William May, a half breed Indian, pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening the life of Elsie Staley, an East Side girl. Assistant Prosecutor Wolverton told the Court that the defendent was infatuated with the girl and that his love for her had gotten him into trouble several times. Miss Staley informed the Court that May told her that if he ever caught her walking with another fellow he would blow out her brains. Judge Joline sentenced the Indian to three months in the County Jail.
