SHERIFF'S SALE
BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF FIERI facias, to me directed, issued out of the Court of Chancery of New Jersey, will be sold FRIDAY, THE TWENTY-FOURTH DAY OF JUNE, 1932, at 1 o'clock, Eastern Standard Time, (2 o'clock, Eastern Daylight Time) in the afternoon of said day, at the Sheriff's Office in the Court House, City of Camden, County of Camden, State of New Jersey.
All the following tract or parcel of land and premises hereinafter particularly described, situate in the City of Camden, County of Camden, in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey.
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of Baird avenue and in the extended division line between the premises between Nos. 1410 and 1412 Baird avenue; running thence (1) northeasterly, along said northwesterly line of Baird avenue, thirteen and four-tenths (13.4) feet; thence (2) along the middle line of a twelve feet (12 ft.) wide alley or driveway, two feet (2 ft.) eastward of said 1412 Baird avenue; thence (2) southeastward, at right angles to Baird avenue line, ninety-three and seven-eighths inches (21 ft. 9 in.) to an angle in the middle of the dividing wall of the lot comes at ten feet (10 ft.) in width only; thence (3) southward at right angles to Baird avenue line, and running in the south line of said alley or driveway, two feet (2 ft.) from the wall, to a corner; thence (4) southward, at right angles to Baird avenue, two feet (2 ft.) south of said dividing wall running westwardly to a corner; thence (5) at right angles southwestward along the party wall, along the middle line of the party wall before mentioned to a point; thence (6) northwestwardly along the Baird avenue line to point of beginning.
Together with the free use, right and privilege of said alley or driveway by the owners and tenants bordering thereon, at all times when necessary.
Being premises known and designated as No. 1412 Baird avenue, Camden, N.J. Being in line with lot deed recorded by Lewis Sykes and Lillian E. Sykes, 1925, as recorded November 20th, 1925, page 238 etc., granted and conveyed unto Yetta Norwitz.
The approximate amount of the decree is $1,437.70. Cost to be added to the sale.
Seized as the property of Yetta Norwitz. Debt due South Camden Building and Loan Assn.
