An 11th property, located at 1147-49 N. 26th st., placed on the condemned list, is used as a junkyard, against which residents in the neighborhood have complained. It is owned by Michael Mazzilli, whose address city records list as 1149 N. 26th st. The report by the inspector cites:
“This huge one-story frame enclosure is virtually in a state of collapse. It is badly deteriorated, leaning dangerously and absolutely beyond repair. It is cluttered with junk, refuse of all kinds and is in itself a grave fire hazard. The existence of this irreparable structure is disgracefully and definitely inimical to the general public.”
